I got my wedding hair and makeup done here . I have skin that doesn't like makeup to stay on, but this did and looked wonderful! My hair also came out perfectly .I brought in a picture and it looked exactly like that. My hair also stayed in place ALL day, through the Tennessee heat and humidity. I can't say enough good things about this salson .

I have come to this salon several times over the past couple of years and have truly loved my experience each and every time. I had prebooked each of my appointments and they kept track of it on my appointment card. Unfortunately, today when I called to schedule my 7th haircut (which according to their card is supposed to be free) they would not honor it because I did not prebook the 7th cut. So, ultimately, I would have to schedule the 7th and prebook the 8th cut which at that time they would honor the cut. Which would not have been a big deal but it is frustrating because the card literally says “pre-book 6 haircuts and the 7th is free”. Does not say anything about prebooking the 7th one also. Otherwise I would have! I like the idea of a rewards card for a salon but not when they don’t honor it like they should. The receptionist, Victoria, left me a message AFTER I had already scheduled the appointment telling me that they would not honor it and her excuse was “I wasn’t thinking and it was early and I forgot”. No joke! I have referred several of my friends and family to this salon over the last couple of years but never again.

went in today for a haircut. my first after loosing my dear husband. I needed a pick me up and I got it. I got Connie and I appreciated her patience with me. I left feeling like a new woman. I loved my pedicure too. I think my girl was Cassie. I apologise if Im wrong but she was a sweetheart and I will be back!

Always a great experience!! Melissa does great hair! It's always clean...relaxing environment....staff attentive and friendly!
