*WORST PLACE EVER* I went in yesterday to have a pedicure and a full set of gel nails. To start off my pedicure was awesome and if that was the only service that I received then this rating would have gotten 4 stars. The young lady did a really good job. Good customer service and very polite & helpful. Now when it was time to get my nails done I was passed off to Tom. He did a rush job on my nails. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails done and that is not what I ended up getting. He ended up changing the design because he did such a sloppy job. By the next day I had to return to get my nails repainted by Kim because the gel started chipping away on several nails. This is such an inconvenience for me to have to return to get my nails done the right way when it should have been done right the first time.
Not even 5 hours later the gel is peeling off again! Worst nail shop ever! DO NOT STOP HERE KEEP DRIVING!

I went in and ask for a light purple matter nails and ring finger Grey sparkle mattle too
The guy brought out Pink and Grey and I repeated what I wanted and it look like he was getting mad . But he change everything! He gave me Gloss dark purple nails and a design of a flower I'n my ring finger nails ... I was very upset

Wow!! The experience I just incurred after being a consistent and might I add tipping customer was unfathomable!! I scheduled an appointment at 11:30am on 5/19 for the next day 5/20 and the shop closes at 7:00pm. For the 3rd time, the owner's wife, not sure of her name has treated me with the upmost disrespect. I am a very understanding individual. How can you be so courteous to every client who is not within the same ethnic group as myself? Why would you be angered by the fact, that based upon your poor attitude towards me, I asked if someone else could do my nails? I do not recommend that any African Americans support this nail shop!! There are a few wonderful people there such as Trang and Kim, however the owner and his wife are completely oblivious to the client interaction. #1star #wheresthedislikebutton

Brought my wife here... and I'm not ashamed to say I got my feet done too. They were super nice and friendly, and they have these groovy massage chairs too: don't know if that's normal, but they were really comfy. Definitely recommend!

I got a fill here. They looked good after I got them done and the nail technician was really nice. However, she didn’t put any powder on the top of my nail (only on the grown out area) and then filed the whole thing even thinner. 5 of my nails broke in a week and now I have to get a full set somewhere else.
