I’m so happy that I went in today. I’m from Florida and I had a bad experience at another shop that ripped my nail completely off. I was greeted with a smile by Tony. I was Immediately seated and his wife Ann started my service. Then his sister in law Lee helped me pick a beautiful design for my nails. I really appreciate the friendly service from u all and I will be back for more services ❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give them no stars because I went today and it was the worst pedicure job and the $65 dollars that I paid was a waste of money. That what I get for trying to stay in the neighborhood. It was the worst pedicure that I have had in all the years of going to the nail shop, which has been a long time. The bad reviews don't lie. They need to get someone else to do pedicures because this is how my feet look after I got home. I don't do nails, but correct me if I am wrong, isn't cutting the sides where your toe nails are curving into your feet part of a pedicure service? The sad part is, while I was there, people were coming in asking for the special and nobody said anything to me about a special so I guess those are the regulars. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else. Does anybody have any referrals who does nails and pedicures and know what they are doing because it is obvious that Crystal Nails does not.

I have known the recent owner of Crystal Nails, Ms Le, for over 17 years. Although I never patronized the establishment prior to her acquiring it the progress is obvious. Crystal Nails offers a friendly yet professional environment with innovation and great artistry.

I've been going to this nail salon for years. I highly recommend that you see Anne. Her nails last the longest and her work is always neat.

This was my first time to this nail salon. It was very nice, clean, and the technicians were fast, efficient, and, gave stellar customer service. Tony gave me a fabulous spa pedicure and Lee did a great job on my nails and eye brows. She has been my permanent nail Technician for more than 8 years . I followed her from her previous work location to this new shop. I will return. Thank you 🤗
