If I could give less than one star I would. I have been here twice. I went the second time to see if the first was a fluke but it wasn't. I asked for gel nail manicure and it was my first time asking for one. I asked if I could just get the gel polish without the extra nail put on and they said that was impossible. The nails were also crooked and when I asked her to straighten them she said it would cost five dollars extra. I also got my eyebrows done and the wax they used ripped a layer of my skin off on top of eyebrows that are uneven! I have Christmas pictures next week and I have a sore under my eyebrow and uneven eyebrows! Also, when I tried to explain that I just wanted a touch up to my eyebrows she insisted that she knew what she was doing and then gave me skinny line eyebrows! which make me look permanently surprised. I also brought my sister-in -law to get her eyebrows done with me for her first eyebrow waxing and her eyebrows where also not done correctly. The waxer did not fix the left over eyebrow hairs that were left after the waxing. Do not go here if you want good customer service, good, even eyebrows and nails that are straight.

Absolutely awful. I've gone 3 times and was turned away because they are "too busy" when there's only 3 people in there. First time I got my nails done was awful, polish was expired and poorly done, tried to give them another chance however it's just a terrible place to go. They don't even deserve one star.
