hate to leave a review like this but I have to let others know. ***2.5 hours for a full set of acrylics, 3 lifted nails and 6 hours after my nail appointment my nails are in throbbing pain. The nails were put on SUPER THICK, uneven, lifted gaps between the acrylic nail and my natural nail. The nails are not the same length or shape. I swear they filed my nails for an hour. I had two nail techs working on me at one point. It was just all around a very odd situation. I just have never experienced this, I felt like I was in the twilight zone, was so odd to me that I had to keep pointing out things, like how in the world are you not seeing how BAD these look? I promise you I’m not being picky, I’m not being mean. I’m just being honest with this review. I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I’m embarrassed to show my nails and I’m worried that a nail is going to pop off, I should not feel that way with a NEW SET! On top of it I’m going to Mexico next week for my milestone birthday so I’ll have to pay another salon to take this new set off and put a new set on before I go. Waste of my time and waste of my money. I’ve been getting my nails done for 14+ years and I never experienced something like this. Don’t get me wrong the nail techs here are SUPER NICE and the salon is very clean and elegant but I was almost in tears while getting my nails done today and on top of it, it’s going to cost me even more to get these fixed. This is what I get for trying to find an “upscale” nail salon, I would have been better off going to the typical nail salon a block down the road. I’ll try to post a picture or two of my lifted nails. So you can see for yourself what I’m talking about

My sister and I just got our nails done here and I have to say we will never go back . We both got set of acrylics and they both are very uneven and crooked. we even told her to fix multiple things while she was doing our nails and still after that they still look bad . We got a gift certificate for Christmas from my mom and so we thought we could use that any French nail because we thought they were all the same nail place, well turns out you can’t use the certificate at any French nail. And you have to use it for a specific location. so we ended up having to pay $50 each for nails that aren’t even happy with. I would recommend going to the Mill creek location a lot more.

I had pedi and acrilic here and It was the worst experience ever. They litterally burned my feet with the rock!! And they didnt even give discount on it!! And the polish was so bad !! I could have done it myself so much better!! And my acrilic was really bad too. I had to get home and reshape everything myself and colored it myself. omg idk what they doing in that shop painting ppl nails if they cant do a decent job!? Dont go to this place these ppl its just a waste of money.
