I have been a fairly regular customer for several months now, and today put me over the top. I went in with my girlfriend, and they immediately treated us differently and worse than I have ever been treated there before, (treated me roughly, wouldn't speak to my girlfriend at all, etc.). Would not come back, they just lost a regular customer.

Helen is rude. I gave her a cash tip and she tried to pressure me into giving her more. I asked her if it was mandatory then she had an attitude afterwards.

TERRIBLE, nothing more say, just terrible. Never go to this place and never believe 5 star comments. My friend is so so so depressed after getting her nails today and today became a nightmare, a memorial day to her. If you want to completely waste your money go this place.

I live a few blocks away from this salon and have been there for a mani pedi about 5 times now. I've always had a positive experience there and find their prices more competitive than other upper west side nail salons.
