I have been going here for years. I know people have complained about feeling rushed, but Chic Nails is located in a relatively busy spot and when business gets hectic it's hard to please every single person so I have always had sympathy for their workload. I have only had one negative experience at this Nail Salon and when I came in a day or so later they fixed it, free of charge, and made them absolutely perfect again. I have always requested odd shapes and color combinations and they have never failed to meet my expectations. The picture below is one such example. Those are my real nails, there wasn't room for any error, and Jessica did an AMAZING job. She shaped each carefully, double checked each nail every few seconds to make sure they lined up nicely, and in the end, her work was flawless. I am heading back in a few hours to get my nails done in the same style and I am positive they will look great again.

LOVE Lena! She and Rosa do a GREAT job! Very friendly.
Lena and I have exchanged cell phone number to remain in contact with each other about making an appointment or changing an appointment. This makes my scheduling very easy and worry-free.
Mall opens earlier to allow walkers.

This was literally the worst nail experience I have had in my life. First, people who came in after me were serviced before I was. There were four customers who came in for the same thing I did and all four were done and put before me. The person doing my nails kept stoping to do other people’s pedicures. I was in there for a total of two hours and 15 minutes and could not even have my service completed. I left so frustrated I was in tears. When I called to complain they showed little to no concerns about my problems and rushed me off the phone. I would never send anyone here. This was the most frustrating nail experience of my life and a waste of 60 dollars.

I’ve been here before and didn’t have an issue. However my 23 Apr 2018 visit was a different story. The technician who did my nails, Tony, was very nice — which is why I gave this place 1 star. The billing deserves zero stars. Their listed prices don’t accurately detail their services. I was charged $80 ($30 for my daughter’s non-polish pedicure, and $50 for my gel pedicure). I asked Tony to explain the charges and he talked so quickly, throwing out numbers, and pointing towards the menu that didn’t reflect his numbers. I hope the one time ripoff payment was worth not getting any future business from me.
