DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If I could put no stars I would. I walked into the salon with my friend and there was no welcome just blank stares. My nail technician was a man with gelled back hair, he was cold and unfriendly. On top of the awful attitude my nail job was horrendous. I came in with a full set of acrylic nails, looking for a fill and to cut them down/shape. He chopped them off straight cut, barely filed them. All nails were different lengths, as well as patchy and chunks of acrylic from my previous set stuck underneath my nails. He bragged about how fast he got through it but it was done with no care. Before my friend even finished getting her nails done I was outside calling Envy Nail bar about fixing this mess. They couldn't believe what he had done and they had to take off the entire set and redo it. Instead of paying $35.00 I paid $80.00 to fix them. I called later in the evening to tell them about my experience. I said I'm obviously not looking for a refund but I don't want anyone else to go through this experience. They were nice, but never offered anything, instead said I should have told them and someone would have fixed them in the shop. They should have been done right the first time and that's what I told them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO to Envy or go to Labella both are friendly and more talented. Sorry I have no picture of these nails because I immediately got them fixed.

Super unprofessional. Went to get my old gel acrylics removed and the lady proceeded to use a large false acrylic nail to violently dig underneath my old ones (that were still on there pretty well) :| super painful and one even popped off so violently it hit the lady and nail tech sitting beside me... after that was done she lazily attempted to buff and file them. I left with one nail starting to bleed and the rest so jagged I looked straight outta a horror film. I'm pretty sure there's a right and a wrong way to do this and unfortunately I got the latter. Please do better.

Absolutely terrible. I would also give no stars if possible. Do not go here for SNS removal of any kind. I went to get a new powder manicure after being recommended this place by a coworker. In taking my polish off, the man broke 4 of my nails and ripped the first nail layer off them as well. I left in the middle of it crying, mostly because he was perfectly content to continue doing this by sliding a plastic under my nail polish and literally prying it off. Could not let him go through with it once I saw how many tips he had broken. He acted like nothing was wrong. Would never go back here. I’m literally at sally’s now attempting to home do my own gels because I don’t trust anyone else to touch my nails today. Will attach picture if I can.

The salon is nicer than most and looks clean. But it is high volume and it still takes a long time to get through. They weren’t friendly but they weren’t mean either. Just kind of cold. My nails cracked within a day or two of getting them done and they weren’t done how I asked. Today I came in and nobody was waiting, but it still took an hour until someone took care of me, despite the fact that 9 employees were working out front. While I waited about 4 girls came in complaining that their nails broke a day or 2 after. The only reason I kept waiting was because I didn’t know how long the waits would be elsewhere and my nails had to be done by the following day. I don’t recommend this salon.

Got a fungus after a full set and a fill in on all my fingers the one on Eisenhower is better
