Lisa does really great acrylics. They look so natural and are very sturdy. The only reason that I take two stars away is that they do not have anyone who can do any sort of designs. I asked for simple chevrons and they had to ask around. I only want 3 stacked chevrons on two nails. They hesitated and said Kelly could do it for me. She did try and she stated she wouldn't charge me. The fills are supposed to be $17 per the quote they gave me. They usually charge me $20 and I let it slide. This time $25. This is after I waited to have the designs and received less than mediocre chevrons. Shame shame. Will not be returning on principle.
Another star is loss for their general lack of professionalism. They can be quite confrontational and whiney. One lady complained that the extra coat she put on during the last visit made extra work for her. I have also witnessed them turn a client away for coming in too late after confirming she could come in over the phone.
Lisa is great though. She should try to get a position at a different shop and I would go see her there.

Horrible experience. Wanted just a polish change on my toes. She took off my polish and then used the nail buffer to polish my toe nails. She was so rough that I cringed, and then she sliced my toe between the nail and skin open. I didn't even know you could slice your toe on a nail buffer... She pressed down on the cut with no gloves and poured blue liquid all over my toe. It burned so bad! After I left, my toe throbbed, was hot to the touch and swollen. I ended up having to go to the doctor later in the day and get an antibiotic cream. Also, while paying she asked for a cash tip - not adding on to my debit card. Was a bit rude. Will not be returning.

I got my eyebrows done here they did not look fresh or neat there was visible hairs that were missed. Could have spent 12$ elsewhere. Service is completely rude the pedicure tools used for my feet I'm unsure if they were sterilized. Don't waste your time.

My 3 friends and I were walk ins for a pedicure. The ladies were all very attentive to us & provided very good service. My pedicure was a great experience, she was careful & neat and I was happy with the results, as were my friends.
