I write this review after more than a year of being their costumer.The reason for my rate is that I always came and they always gave me a receipt for the same amount of price. Last time I was there they asked me if I needed my receipt and I said no since I trusted them and they knew me by that moment. I just asked how much the price was as a confirmation and oh I was so surprised when they were Overcharging me more than $10. I told them that wasn’t the usual price (mind I was just there 2-3 weeks ago) they said the prices changed, so I was really angry because I felt that as an costumer who constantly goes there, they should’ve let me know the change on prices which by the way are ridiculous more expensive than they were before. Today my friend was there and she is usually charged $30 when I told her to double check that with them(because of what they did to me). They said the same they did with me. That the price changed and now it was $46. They were really really rude to us when we tried to talk to them about it. At the end she paid and I’m so so sorry but I’m never coming back to a place who overcharges you when those really high prices are nowhere to be seen in the price chart they currently have. I’m so disappointed and at least I know my friend is never coming back and I’ll stop recommending this place. WATCH OUT IF THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH YOU THEYLL OVERCHARGE YOU. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK PRICES.

Got a full set done a week ago and not even 3 days later I had 4 nails break! $40 down the trash to walk around with crazy nails for two weeks! 😤 also the lady was rude and could tell she was talking about me to the other workers in Chinese

Great staff, very polite, good prices, would have given 5 stars, but three times the polish on my finger nails fell off almost immediately, pedi's are fine, they hold up, but I do love the place,

My friend and I stopped by early on a Sunday morning. We got manicures and mini facials. We were pleased with both. My manicure lasted a week with barely any chips, a rarity for my manicures! By going early, we had the place to ourselves, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Great prices, too!

I have been going here for the last 7 years. the people are friendly and don't responds negatively to suggestions or correction (which is necessary when it comes to nail art. sometimes they over charge... I'm not sure if this is on purpose or not.
