Polite staff. Met the DON and a few other staff. Wasn't there long enough to meet all of the caregivers or other supportive staff or get to see how they care for the patients/clients.

This place was a great place a few years back when the coordinator liz was running things. Since then things have taken a turn for the worst. This agency for individuals with disabilities fired me due to one of my disabilities. I just don't understand. I've made multiple reports about abuse, neglect and HIPAA violations but all have gone unnoticed. The amount of abuse and neglect that occurs here is unbelievable. Individuals info is taken home, coordinators talk down to staff and clients. Basically this place is untouchable because there seems to be no repercussions for mistreating individuals with disabilities. On top of it all the boss eleanor is completely disconnected from reality. Bottom line this place is a corrupt, abusive, neglectful place that people should avoid. Or maybe you're into that kind of thing.
