My experiences at Bellagio Nail Bar in Flowery Branch have been less than positive. I have given them numerous opportunities to prove me wrong but my third and final visit has solidified my opinion of this establishment. Rude, disrespectful, pushy, and physically harsh. During my manicure, the nail tech would grab, jerk, and toss my hand to the side. She repeatedly belittled the way my previous manicure looked. She treated me as if I were an inconvenience to her. The up-selling of "It is only $10 more" was over the top obnoxious. Lastly, while I was sitting in the massage chair allowing my nails to dry, I noticed the nail techs would use the SAME SPONGE to clean out the foot basins. I sat quietly praying I would not contract a fungus. Good news, nail salons are a dime -a- dozen and I do not have to patronize their salon anymore. If it were permissible: No Stars for you, Bellagio Nail Bar in Flowery Branch!!

My pedi was great. However my acrylics not so much. They are way too thick, uneven, and the polish is so messy. The gentleman who did them was very rough and didn’t not seem to really care. They are way more than a lot of the other salons in the same area so this is disappointing. I didn’t ask anything too difficult.

They were very rude! They kept trying to upsell me! I said I wanted acrylic nails and they argued with me multiple times to get gels, they finally stopped when I started to get aggravated. Then, she tried selling me getting my cuticles done and at first she said it was 8 dollars more and I said no. Then she said for you I will do 5$. When it was normally 5$! Not to mention they were rough on my fingers! I felt them crack from her pulling on them. It was a very uncomfortable and expensive experience. Getting your nails done should be relaxing, not being harassed and uncomfortable. I will NEVER go here again.

I have tried this place about two or three times and every time I go, I tell myself that this is the last time. I can’t stand the attitude of the people who work there which is probably a reflection of the pressure put on them, by management, to charge as much as they can to customers. Whatever service you ask for, they always try to get you to at least one higher and costly level. How do they do this? By lying and telling you, for example, that the pedicure you ask for does not include things that were included the last time you were there. But of course they don’t know this, and the last guy I had lied and and aggressively argued with me about his recommendation as opposed to what I wanted. They present themselves as experts which they are not, and when you disagree, they proceed to try to take control by acting in an authoritarian manner.
From the moment I walked in, the lady guiding me to the pedicure chair was giving orders in a forceful way, telling me where to sit, how to put legs in tub, as if you never had a pedicure before, telling me what not to do, etc. getting you used to taking orders, all this not in a pleasant friendly way but in a very controlling way. Then this guy shows up who tried to tell me what I needed to get. When I said politely “no I don’t want that, I want this,” he proceed to get frustrated and insist strongly that he knows best, trying to sell me something I didn’t want. I can see many people giving in, just to get him off their backs. But since I was firm, giving my previous experience at this place, I was not moved. Finally he gave up and proceeded to do the pedicure. Not a happy camper. At the end , we had another back and forth when he tried to say that the reason he did not do something was because of the way my feet were, the most absurd and ridiculous excuse for something that in all my life of having pedicures, no one else has said and always performed. So I’ve had enough of this nail place and will Never go back. You would think that they would wonder every once in a while why so many customers do not come back. But they don’t, instead they continue with their high pressure, forceful ways to get you to spend as much money as possible when in fact they would do much better increasing their customer base by taking no for an answer and having a much higher ability to retain customers instead of driving them away. I like to relax when I go to have a pedicure, not to fight with someone who is using strong tactics to get me to spend more money. Who needs this experience! Go at your own peril.

Tina and Lisa are two techs who have done my nails in the past and have always done an excellent job ... my SNS is thin like I prefer it to be, perfect nail shape no matter which one I request and never a flaw in the SNS.
Highly recommended!!
