I just got my pedicure and they didn't know how to do it, I think my 10 year old daughter would be able to do it better. Never coming back.

I was trying to call to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. A lady answered the phone "Hello." I asked, Is this the nail salon? She asked, "Who's calling?" I repeated my question, got the same answer from her. So decided to take my business elsewhere, to a salon that answers their phone in a professional manner.

I have been going to Beauty Nails Salon for over 12 years. Chi does my manicures and pedicures and always does an excellent job. I would recommend the salon highly. Located on S. Walton in the Chelsea Crossings plaza.
