Absolutely love this nail salon! I have been to several salons in Elizabethton and Johnson City and none compare to here! Tristan is my nail tech and I absolutely love him! He is awesome! My nails are always the same length and shaped the same no matter if I get them coffin or stiletto. He is very particular and my nails are never too thick or too thin. He is fantastic! I wouldn't go to anyone else!!

I’ve had nails for years and been to a hundred different places to get them done. But this is the absolute worst nail job I have ever had. Every single one of my nails is a different shape and length. I always keep my nails very square but this woman decided to give me all kinds of shapes mainly rounded. The gel polish ran and it’s very thin like you can see through the polish and it’s not even to the sides of my nails. It’s like she shaped my nails with the polish. And I had to wait an hour just to get any service. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Came in as a walk in, polish selections were not great, stations were dirty, didn’t look like cleaning solution anywhere. Nail lady was on her phone and looking at her phone the entire time I was there.
The nail lady said manicure wouldn’t stay on and I was like ummm ok but that’s what i want, never heard of someone tell me that. Then as I mentioned kept glancing at her phone. The manicure was ok, polish all over my hands. At least it was cheap.
The space is old, dirty and seemed to be falling apart. Staff was kind of rude and watching loud videos and on speaker phone the entire time I was there.

I am disappointed, I went in for a new full set 3 days ago and my nails look awful. I am honestly in shock. I have went to these ladies for years when they were locates at All star nails, in the fort Henry mall. I have never had any issues until now. I am going to go again in hopes my next experience will be a success!!

3 weeks ago. My nails were drilled down to the nailbed. I had to have medical intervention. I called Nice 1 Nail, and told them about my tragic experience. They gladly invited me in for a free replacement. I highly recommend this business. Accidents happen. It's how a company deals with their mistakes that defines their 5 star quality.
