I had just run a half marathon and scheduled my massage for after my race so I could relax my sore muscles. My appointment was at 11, and they did not get me in until 11:45..... I sat in the waiting area for about a half hour and then an extra 15 minutes in the waiting room upstairs. It wasn't quiet and peaceful either, the loud obnoxious music they play down stairs in the hair and nail salon was so annoying I couldn't even focus on the peaceful music playing in the room I was waiting in. I also heard a woman running back and forth getting pushy with other employees about needs towels, linens, etc. As I peeked out the door from my waiting room I said to myself "I hope that is not my massage therapist" and what do you know it was! I was not happy about how loud and rude she was, once we got into the room she said do you need work done or just a relaxing massage. I said a bit of both, then proceded to explain which parts of my back needed help. Then once I laid on the table I fully expected after all questions were asked and answered that I would be in peaceful silence, but NO she non stop talked my ear off for an hour, it was SOOOOOO annoying. And at times she was so into what she was saying she would stop massaging my back and use her hands as she was explaining things... I kept thinking, hello I paid for this, not fo you to get distracted and talk to me, to massage my back. Needless to say I was not happy about my visit and it was not a quiet peaceful experience. However once I did check out the salon gave me a small gift of some body oil for the inconvenience of getting me in late, a nice gesture, but the service was terrible. Won't be going there again,

Worst salon in St George, RUN FOR THE HILLS and find somewhere else to go! I have no idea who reviewed these people in a positive light but, believe the bad reviews! They are accurate!!

Worst customer service. I was hurt while having a manicure. The manicurist filed to far down on my nail bed. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE! Unskilled on every level!

I will only go here to get my eyebrows waxed! Haven’t tried anything else yet! But hoping to do so soon! I love the environment and the staff!

I had micro blading done by Melissa, she does an amazing job! I couldn't be happier, she took the time to make sure every hair was perfect. I would highly recommend her to everyone!!
