I've been to six different nail salons before Kathy I love that place the lady does just awesome job she takes her time and has a lot of pride in her work it's never busy just just a wonderful place

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SHE GAVE ME A FUNGUS!! She was polite enough, however she is very hard to understand. At first, I was moderately satisfied with my nails. I do tend to be very picky about my nails, after all I'm paying good money for them! But, after my first fill I started getting uncomfortable with her practices. I started watching and saw that the tools were being used over and over on different clients. Same tools, different people. Then, I noticed she missed some nail polish from the last color and put the acrylic on top of it. Couple days later I noticed that what I thought was nail polish? WAS A FUNGUS GROWING UNDER THE ACRYLIC ON. MY FINGERNAIL!! 25 years of getting my nails done at various nail salons and NEVER had this happen before!
So, I went back and had her take that nail off, she TRIED TO BLAME ME!! She said "You let water get under nail, that's why fungus" If she had done my nails right water couldn't have gotten under there! So I left and did some running around with my daughter, but ai went back and asked her if she'd take the rest off as I didn't want to take any chances with my other nails. She finished the pedi-cure she was doing, then came and started working to take the nails off. Wasn't too hard I was due for a fill anyway. As she's taking my nails off she gets a phone call from the girl that works with her. She quit because she needs to make more money! They are not very busy there, I guess now I know why! As she's gets the last one off she turns around and pickles up a small trash can, reaches in and pulls out a file and buffer TO USE ON MY FINGERS.......OUT OF THE TRASH!!!!! I got up to leave, she said "$10 for nail off" I told her "NO. YOU give me. A FUNGUS on my fingernail! YOU take off nails!" When she started laughing, I turned and walked out!!
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! Giving her one star is being generous!

She was being very rude to me and my mother and she wouldn’t fix the crooked nails she had messed up don’t waste $30 on crappy acrylics here guys she was also being disrespectful and would push and tug my arm like if I were a toy and she also said the color choice I had made was ugly

Disappointing experience. The woman who did my nails (shellac manicure) was very nice but this is easily the worst manicure I've experienced. She did not trim my nails (which were obviously uneven and needed to be trimmed to be even) and the shaping with the file was uneven and "chuncky." She did not clean under the nails which id expect in a manicure. Polish was ok with some evenness issues but the real concern was the lack of appropriate shaping and cleaning.

I have been going here for 7 years came with previous owner who was amazing and when it changed ownership I stayed and gave them a chance, they are wonderful I'm very very hard on my nails and the lady that does them now does an amazing job they are strong and stay looking great til I can get in for fills , they are always so sweet and do what I ask and make sure I'm happy before I leave, they also go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy give a little massage on my hands ,and my eyebrows look incredible. I have also come in to have a pedicure and on those they definitely make sure people feel good best pedicure I've ever gotten. TRY THEM OUT. Totally worth it.
