Enjoy going here to have my hair done. Plenty of parking, good colors and cuts, and enjoy taking to the other stylist. Johnson has done my hair for years and my friends all like what he does, so do I.

Jessica, at The Ritz, is the best! Great customer service skills and she does an even better job with my hair. I highly recommend Jessica!

Great salon! Older decor, but the work is fantastic. My stylist Cathy is amazing. I have fussy hair and it always stays perfect for the entire time between cuts (one month apart). Absolutely worth checking out!

Took my daughter here to get the tips of her hair done in purple and pink. The lady that done her hair was very sweet but unfortunately did not do a great job. First the pink that was supposed to be in her hair, there was none. It just didn't show up. Secondly the purple that was put in literally washed out the next day. My wife went back up there the next day to show the lady and she did offer to redo it. But seeing as how we randomly picked this place to begin with I asked a friend from work where she got her hair done and we took our daughter there instead because I was to afraid by that time to let the lady at Ritz touch it again. The lady at Ritz should have offered a full refund for the botched job that she preformed but sadly did not. I will never frequent this shop again and I will tell every last person I know and come into future contact with to never go to this shop. I highly recommend Stages Salon which are the people that fixed my daughters hair. So all and all I am out $100.00 from Ritz and $125 to get it fixed right. Oh well I guess lesson learned but I can leave negative reviews at least.

I went from ugly hair to healthy beautiful full and perfectly colored hair ! No more extensions ! Johnson made me feel great and I have all the confidence I was looking for in my hair now ! One great hair stylist and a super great person to conversate with! I enjoy my time at the Ritz very much ! Thank you Johnson
