I came into Happy Nails an hour before closing, sat for 30 to 45 mins. Was told someone would be with me shortly. Went to sit in the chair showed them a pic of what I wanted. The lady told me it would take an hour. Which is fine by me. She repeated it though as if she wasnt ok with it. She then asked if I wanted color repeatedly. Myself thought id go another idea which was a light pike color with decorations. Showed her a picture. "Oh we dont have same color". They have colors in the front & the back. Then rushed me again. Which I hate.. so she then them came back with her version of this color which was GRAY. Absolutley not even close. From what ive learned it doesnt matter if you have a last minute client. You complete your job. Neverless I wasnt a last minute client as I said I waited nearly as long as it wouldve taken. I politley walked out, before this lady rushed me into whole different nails, which probably wouldve showed it all the way around. Im very upset. Im thankful I didnt pay for whatever she wouldve of given me though, cause then id be infuriated. Im a good tipper at nail salons which do there job as well.
Im glad itll be given to someone else.
