I have been here previously and didn't have any issues. The pedicurist was kind and did an amazing job.There were two clients who arrived after me who the manicurist allowed to choose their color (no problem). However, when it was time to get my fill in, I was rushed. Our bill came up to $101 he (the manicurist) stated that my card declined. I asked him to run the same card again and it was approved. I am a stickler for if a person is spending their money, they should be treated with courtesy and respect. Take the same time with me that you take with your other clients. I will not be back. Just to think, I was going to get gift cards or pay for seven people to be serviced here.

I have always enjoyed coming here and do believe they do an exceptional job. So this past Saturday I had got a fill-in and a pedicure ... so I went to work on Monday and noticed my polish on one of my toes was off. I ususally don’t have this issue, but anyway today I went in to get it fixed being that I just got them done Saturday, not only did they want to charge me but they also put polish on my nail that didn’t match the rest but tried to convince me otherwise. I will not be returning... will definitely take my business elsewhere.

The gentleman here does the best artificial nails I've ever had and I travel over an hour to get mine done here. I've tried many others and no one comes close to this place. No appointment necessary.

I love coming to N-T nails, they've always treated me nicely. My pedicures have been taken care good. My pink and white nails are always neat and pretty, which I let them do for years and never had a problem. I recommend everyone that I know this shop, and they like them just like I do. Moreover, their prices are reasonable, which allows me to pamper myself twice a month.

While I normally go to a different nail salon, I decided to branch out and try N T Nails. I found that the lack of communication between the workers and customers significantly hindered their ability to provide sufficient nail care to their customers. Firstly, I had an obvious cut on my toe and stated in clear English for the lady not to touch it. She then went about scraping it and trying to clip off the skin. Though I told her no, politely and insistently, she did not understand and worsened the cut. Secondly, I was charged approximately $80 for my french manicure and pedicure with gel polish when the board writes "20+" for each service. Their scheme of not explicitly listing prices allows them to charge customers what they want without them knowing prior to payment.
Lastly, less than two weeks after my manicure and pedicure, my fingernails began to fall off -- not the polish, my nails. Three of my nails were cracked about halfway up and fell of, leaving my fingers exposed far lower than comfortable. The rest of my nails then did this, leaving them in terrible condition.
For the money I paid, the service I received and the end result of my nails, I will not be going back here.
