Poor customer service, called to request for an appt. or if they had openings and I couldn’t even finish my sentence before being interrupted multiple times with her saying nope, no, nope and she hung up.

Just called to inquire about services for my up coming wedding to schedule mani and pedis for the entire bridal party and our moms (10 people) and schedule an appointment - person on the phone absolutely rude. answered with "hello" i asked if it I was calling "Shear Magic Day Spa" because it felt like i was calling the wrong number by the way she answered. She Huffily said "ugh yah" at that point i just didnt want to continue the conversation. If i'm going to spend around $1,200 for services you need to be more professional and not make people calling feel like they're inconveniencing YOU for calling to set up a large reservation. I am HAPPILY taking my money someplace else. Shame too because i wanted to try this place for all of the "great" reviews
