I have been a loyal Zazen customer since the week they opened their business. The owners, Tien and Chris are two of the hardest working individuals I have ever met! They have built a wonderful business from the ground up and it’s just what the borough of West Chester needed!!
I have gotten gel manicures, pedicures, waxing, eye brow tinting and shaping as well as facials over the last ten years! I have since moved away from West Chester and still commute to my favorite nail bar every few weeks even though it’s 45 minutes away! I will never choose another establishment to frequent. Their salon is top notch, clean, friendly, helpful with attentive staff. They are accommodating as well as diligently taking every precaution with the recent pandemic. I highly recommend booking with Zazen for your next spa treatment! You will not be disappointed!!

Staff and nail techs are very welcoming and do a great job in all services offered paying attention to detail and ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied! Space is very clean, bright and inviting.
What would make this place six stars would be having more techs available and comfortable with nail designs.
Overall, had a great experience and still would come back. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting West Chester.

Really appreciate that Zazen takes cleanliness seriously especially during this time. Appointments are carefully scheduled as to not crowd the salon, which also allows customers to have a more relaxing, intimate pampering time. Entire staff is friendly and have great attention to detail, which I find rare in many nail salons I’ve been to. Zazen quality is 10/10!!!

Every time I go to Zazen, I leave happy, relaxed and refreshed. I am always pleasantly greeted and everyone is always happy to see you. Even in a pandemic, wearing a mask, I am still able to happily relax and feel good. I was in last week and had the rock and rose pedicure with hot stones at the end. My technician was so sweet, made me feel relaxed and I was so pleased when I left with my beautiful pedicure. The staff always makes you feel at home. In such a crazy time, I still find myself able to escapee and relax here. If you need some pampering, do yourself a favor and book a pedi and mani here ASAP! You won’t be sorry!

I went to get a manicure, pedicure, and to get my eyebrows waxed. I asked to get tip added on to my nails and was told that tips are not a service provided at the salon. I wish it would have been stated on the website as I have somewhere to be tomorrow and would have booked somewhere where I would have been able to get all the services I wanted. I have never heard of a nail salon not offering tips as a service. I have had tips added with dip and with gel nails which is why I was surprised it was not available at the salon. It is okay, I went on a recommendation from a friend and will not be returning.
