This place always does a phenomenal job... But they are always very busy and even if you make an appointment for noon... there is no guarantee that you will actually would actually sit down for a service by 12;15... So they will be amazing... And they will be beautiful... But you might be sitting for a while....

This is a great nail salon. Lily does fantastic pedicures and No chip mani’s! Everyone is always so nice and it has a very pleasant atmosphere! Prices are very reasonable! They really do excellent work here!

I guess you get what you pay for. They are fast and not super detailed in what they do but they are cheap. I've been going to this salon for over a year and for the past few months Jenny is the person I would usually see. The last visit was a total disappointment though. I called on Monday and requested a 7:00 pm a mani & pedi appointment with Jenny on Tuesday. The receptionist took my info and confirmed the appointment. I showed on Tuesday just to be told Jenny only works on the weekends. Why would she even schedule me if she knew Jenny was not going to be there? I was not happy about it but since I live 30 minutes away I decided to stay. After waiting for 25 minutes, one of the guys took care of me (I didn’t get his name). The pedicure was NOT relaxing at all, he was scrubbing my feet and legs so much I had to tell him to be more gentle. When he painted my toe nails, I noticed the top coat wasn’t applied evenly and asked him to fix it. He was rushing and the pedicure took ONLY 15 minutes. Manicure was another 20 minutes. He was rushing so he could be done by closing at 8:00 pm and he managed to accomplish that! That was the roughest and fastest mani & pedi I have ever had. Keep in mind that I didn’t schedule the express mani & pedi! If I ever go back I will never let this guys touch my nails ever again.
I'm only giving two stars based on my last visit.

Let's just say the wait time is worth it all. I've been attending the location for a year n it's always the best. Hand up to Nancy she knows her stuff!!!!.. best above all!

Love this place, my mother, two sisters and I have been going for a few years now. The owners, married couple, treat everyone like family they know us by name. Walkins are great during the weekdays but weekends, its very popular so its better if you book your appointment ahead of time or call before coming in. Can't trade service and pricing like this in Des Plaines, well worth the wait everytime.
