Extremely unpleasant visit. When I arrived I was instructed to choose a color out of a very specific selection on the shelf. I expressed that I wanted a full acrylic set, and was repeated asked to change my mind and get something else. After refusing to go a different direction, the lady doing my nails, obviously annoyed, began to very roughly rush through the job. Which lead to a few cuts, drawing blood. She was very rude and unprofessional. However, I sat through it because I was already there and did not want to walk out in the middle of it. At the end, she rang me up and my total came to a whopping $48.... She charged me $18 for the nail polish she instructed me to pick from! I am not very confrontational so I got in my car, very upset. And my fiancé went back in and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very apologetic and did give me my money back. But the entire time the lady that did my nails sat behind him, yelling and complaining, saying it was my fault that everything happened. I will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending.

I never ever write reviews but I hope this will help someone not to waste their money as I did. Worst manicure and Shellac job ever. Cotton and bubbles in the polish. Cuticles were not manicured appropriately, polish didn't cover the whole nail. A 5 year old could do a better job. Couldn't stand it. Removed as soon as I got home. Paid for nothing!

Marta always does a great job, love her ability and willingness to try different designs but my go to favorite is always polkadots and she's awesome at it!

Most horrible nail job I have had done. First of all, most of the employees were snap chatting with eachother and being very loud and obnoxious. They all lacked professionalism. Second of all, my nails look like they were done by a six year old! I am very disappointed and upset with how bad they look. Never will return.
