It all started when I made an appointment for my birthday June 29 I received a text message to cancel and reschedule it for the next day at 4 PM. I got there 10 minutes early and ended up waiting over an hour to get in a chair just for them to botch my nails and pedicure. I asked for a refund or partial refund so I can go to another shop to get the fix . Then they told me they do not offer refunds, so I went back for a fix today and everyone had attitude. I got six cuts on my hands and toes from them using the machine and my feet are still rough!! I’ve never had this experience here before I don’t know what changed but I know I will not be going back here and I will not be recommending any of my friends to this place.

The work done here is absolutely stunning. Best place to get your nails done in Milwaukee. Reasonably priced with unlimited add on options. Book an appointment online in advance. ❤️👌

Lacquer Nail Lounge is a 5 star plus business! I have been a customer for several years and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere of the shop is fun and relaxing and I look forward to my time there every few weeks. Mimi is an artist that is able to recreate any design or idea I have. What she creates is ALWAYS better than the picture I bring. She is AMAZING! I schedule my appointments online and appreciate how easy it is. If I need to reschedule or change my appointment Mimi goes out of her way to accommodate me. I would never go anywhere else!

I went to this nail shop yesterday for the first time with my friend. I saw the high ratings and was excited to go. However, it was not what I expected. The shop was extremely small, there were no message chairs only foot pans that the staff had to fill from the back. When, my friend and I had our pedicures the nail techs didnt allow our feet to soak. Instead, just jumped into the service. Also, the shop doesn’t have dryers or products to dry the hands or feet.
One of the staff member’s was nice. But, the other nail techs mainly talked directly to one another verses interacting with the customers. Also, the person who polished my toes did a horrible job. She continued to add layers of polish to my toe without allowing it to dry. Once again without a nail dryer the polish will not dry quickly. Ten minutes later when the polish dryed there were missing areas on my toe. When the tech realized the polish didn’t look to my satisfaction she didn’t ask me to come back or wait. I even gave the lady a $5.00 tip.
I wouldn’t say that this shop is the worst but there are a lot of improvements that need to be made. Also, the music that they played was inappropriate for anyone with a child. The music was on the explicit version and it played all the profanity in a song. I felt bad that the lady walked in with a small child around the age of seven and their music choice was inappropriate. Unfortunately, people are forced to bring their child(ren) with them due to child care issues. I feel like the owner need to do a better job managing her facility. The price was decent but for this level of service it should be a fourth of the price.

The one nail tech got me in and out in a timely manner and I loved my nails... So did everyone else.. Will go back again .. Reasonably priced for long stilleto set with gel temperature changing color 😍😍
