They're always so friendly here. They always do a great job on my nails. And their open 7 days a week couldn't ask for more

The younger gentleman tech is always so sweet. He did my SNS this time. It was supposed to be a dark plum. The color turned out red w/ glitter or specs as seen in pic. The woman owner/manager, who is always in a hurry and rude, told me they did not have time and blamed me for choosing the wrong color. After holding the SNS swatch(which has very limited selection)next to my nails, she agreed to fixing if I could come in the next day, Friday. I told her that would not work for me, but Saturday would. She told me they would be too busy all day to fix it. I saw how bad the younger gentlemen felt about the situation. His sincerity is the only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star.

My nails are always perfect when I come here. This salon is close to my office and I can always get in and out on my lunch break. The salon is clean and organized and usually it is the same people working.
