The salon owner, Nicolas, is a gregarious guy and does an amazing haircut. However, when it comes to hair-color service, please think twice. Everything is to satisfactory until something goes wrong with the color - you will have to pay for the rework if you would like the color you intended to get originally. In the same cases, the color does not last more than two weeks, which leaves you a bitter taste in the month since you paid for the service. In case of any questions, you will be met by silence. In the case you insist in your customer rights – the blame will be laid on “poor” quality of your hair; whereas a general practice in the other hair salons is to provide a color correction to the unsatisfied customer whom you rendered your services.

I must say, this is one of the best haircuts that I have had. It is easy to manage and the color was good. I am very pleased with Nicolas. His wife did the washing and that was great too. Being new to the area, I just made this appointment blind and am so glad that I found a salon that I feel comfortable in and look forward to my next appointment. Nicolas has talent and does a great job. I would highly recommend this salon.

While I cannot comment on the quality of their haircuts, their service was absolutely TERRIBLE! By far the worst I've service I've ever had in a salon.
First Impression: The place was clean and modern inside. It was busy. Both good signs... I thought.
As I first stepped into Nicolas & Co, all the workers were busy. No problem. I sat down and waited my turn. I waited 50 minutes! During this time, not one worker said a single word to me! No one said hi. No one asked if I'd been helped or anything, even though I was desperately trying to make eye contact. Unacceptable.
As the time passed I saw workers going outside to smoke, cleaning up their stations, and sitting around talking. Two other customers came in and were helped before me (I'll be kind and assume they had appointments). Nicholas & Co literally treated me like I wasn't even there. I got fed up and asked how much longer I needed to wait. They said they couldn't fit me in. The owner then apologized and asked if I would come back another day. No thank you.
Final Impression: I'm never going back.

Excellent and professional salon. The owner is very attentive and the salon clean and modern. I will be back !
