I love coming here for facials, manicure and pedicure. I haven’t tried the massages but family says they are really good. It’s clean and the staff is very professional. Staff is knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable while working on your nails. Big shout out to Yada and Maya.

I've been a regular for mani, pedis, massages, waxing and facials for years, since they first opened. Every time I decide to try a new place, I end up back here. The only downsides aren't their fault: A serious shortage of parking (give yourself an extra five minutes to find a spot), and the smoke shop right next door that always has a bunch gross dudes sitting right outside puffing on cigars. RO prides itself on its "fresh-air environment" so it's not something you want to walk through on your way in and out. If Room Organic Spa moved to a big shopping center with lots of parking and no cigar-chompers outside, it would get five stars easily.

If this place has the same massage therapists from 2019 when they reopen, I highly recommend going. This is not a hand and stone type massage. It is a more advanced Thai infused type of massage. They are really talented. I worked at a holistic spa for some time so I know when a massage is on point and they know what they are doing. I litterally went a year ago and the second they reopen and I am on the west coast? You know where to find me lol.

This place does not use organic products as advertised. Complete rip off. Owner / manager is rude and a liar. You’re paying extra for non organic products. FRAUD AND FACADE.
