I was not impressed whatsoever. I called ahead and asked if they took walkins, which she said they did. There were a handful of women on staff. I waited for about 15 minutes before I was sat in a chair. A women started my nails when another customer walked in. She sat her down right away, quit doing my nails and started on the other girl. I waited an additional 35 minutes at that chair before I was even waited on. When the woman painted my nails after the set was put on, she didn't even wait for the first coat to dry before adding the second and the clear coat. I left with nail polish on my fingers, a big clump under my nail, and a few nails got ruined when I left. I will NEVER go back. I spent a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes there. My time was completely wasted.

So I went there the first time 4 weeks ago (full set) and went again 2 weeks ago (fill) before I decided to write my review. When I first went, it was busy. And people who came in after me were called before me...because I didn’t see the sign in book. Easily fixed. The woman doing my full set and the one who did my fill did awesome jobs. I’ve been all over Erie and always ended up leaving having to get excess acrylic off the skin around my nails and my nail beds hurting from them pushing down my cuticles. Neither has happened at Diamond Nails. The ladies here even checked to make sure the acrylic under my nails was cleaned up. The shop is kept clean and sanitized. The only thing I didn’t care for was the kids coming out of the back room barefoot. Eh. I’m a mom. I understand, tell them 100 times to put on shoes but it only happens 10 of those times. The prices are awesome too! Going back today for a new set.

Iv been here for more the 20 mins now and instead of fixing my one nail that broke the lady that was done started a whole other pedicure. And all three lady's just ignored me and never told me how much longer it will be. I'll never go back nor will I tell anyone where i want.

My nails messed up 20 minutes after leaving. Additionally I only had an hour so I only wanted to get a manicure. They assured me I had time to get both, that it would take only an hour. It took an hour and 20 minutes and apparently they still weren't dry enough since they smudge right away. I simply wanted my money back since I did not have time to get them fixed and their response was they do not understand money back. Terrible experience will not be returning. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the woman who did my toes was nice and did a nice job

Jason gave me a wonderful pedicure! Will be back next year when I come to visit!
