I asked for long layers & a v shape . the lady (im assuming the owner)first parted my hair & cut the bottom of my hair straight across with an electric razor & only did a v shape on my layers, horrible hair cut.She was also very rude & wanted to cut my hair her Way ,not the way I asked.
