Nails are weak broke after just 2 weeks! it just fell off i didn't bump it or nothing it just fell in half! nail work is good but they do not understand what a person wants i asked for a diamond on my middle finger i asked 3 times shes said ok next thing she has put oil all over my nails and this means no jewels will stick! Also the lady TOLD ME the diamond she did put on my thumb will not come off it came off a day later! then the girl she did a good job with the paint brush strokes but! when it got to the thumbs it looks messy! parts of the nail are chucky and i got gel their gel polish is no good! it cracked! another thing i dislike was they just leave you sitting dont say your done or nothing! or ask if your happy with the final work they get up walk away and go do something else ! but the good things about this place is the nails look good the FIRST 3 days! but after they dont last long nor look the same. I ALSO GOT A PEDICURE! THE GIRL DROPPED OIL ON THE FLOOR! I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL I ALMOST FELL!! THEY RUSHY!!

Please read the reviews first. This place is awful. I thought I'd get a gel polish change here and it was a waste of my time and money. They can't even do that right! Very irritating.

Called to inquire about purchasing a gift certificate and the employee hung up on me. I called back and I was hung up on again. Extremely disappointing and rude.

This place is terrible! I went in for a pedicure. The woman was annoyed I gel nails on my toes. She got up and started on started working on my friend. Some one else came to do my toes. This other woman plugged a dremel tool into an extension cord, turned it on an nearly dropped it into the water where I was resting my feet. She drilled the gel off as and filed my toe nails like she was scraping off wallpaper. She scrubbed the salt scrub only on my shins and rubbed so hard it burned. Some man came over to finish and rushed through the nail painting so fast that my toes look like a 3 year old painted them. When I went to pay, they changed me 3 dollars more because they had to take off the gel nail polish. I'm just happy to still have nails skin after that experience! Do not go here!!!! They are unfriendly and rush you through like an assembly line.

I wouldn’t even give one star rating, rude, horrible quality, grumpy and unprofessional.... they used to be great when they first opened...wow, don’t waste your money or your time.
