I had such a bad experience yesterday that I really felt the need to write a review. I’ve been going to this salon for years and have gone every 2 weeks to get a fill in. Everyone was always so nice and so helpful with all my “crazy” designs I wanted. Recently this place has gone downhill. Yesterday my wait was so long. Then the lady rushed through my whole service. I was getting a full set and she went to cut the nail and then asked “is that too short” , when it was too late because it was cut before even asked. So yes my nails were way too short. My real nails would grow this length in two days. Then all my nails were cut uneven after that. The polish is not even all the way on some nails and then spilling over on other nails. Also there is glue and acrylic stuff all under neath my nails. Some are thick and some look real like they should. My cuticles weren’t cut and my nails weren’t filed before or after. Overall the worst experience ever and just because of her I will not be returning ever. Even after years of being a regular customer.

Was brought here by a partner for the first time to get some acrylics done. The shop is small and looks clean, and we were glad it wasn't at all busy when we decided to walk in on a late Saturday morning. I forgot the name of the technician who did my nails, but she was very sweet and kept a casual conversation with me. They seem very attentive to whatever style you ask for here. My nails came out looking more stiletto-shaped than the almond style that I requested, but nonetheless they still look lovely. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like going to salons, but I had a nice experience here.

Made an appt for two pedis and two full sets.. so they knew we were coming! we arrived early to pick out color and they immediately took us without giving any time to look. My friend went and got her pedi and I got a mani.. so much for girl time. Everything was SO RUSHED. My nails aren’t “natural” looking.. I had to have another lady fix them in the salon because the first girl missed parts of my nail. I’m not impressed by the services this go around. By far the worse service I’ve ever received.

I came in on a whim looking to get a gel manicure. I had been debating about it for a while, but decided to go ahead and make a visit because of the reviews. First of all, the environment was very clean and laid out nicely. I was immediately greeted and invited to have a seat. I could see why this place was well received! I am usually a very lax person, but I am also anxious to say anything when I'm not happy about a service because it is only a temporary problem. I also trust the technician I am with that they will notice an error themselves and fix it, but I wish that I would have said something in this instant. The tech filed my nails and all of them were filed unevenly. My index finger had the left half of it filed down significantly more than the right side, and there were still jagged edges on the corners of my nails. Ultimately, the sharp edge of one of my nails caught onto a cloth while I was washing dishes and removed the edge of the nail (my natural nail.) Some of them were even filed straight across the edge of the nail which left them a little uneven as well. I was also unhappy with the gel application. I accidentally bumped a nail against the tech's hand and apologized, but nothing was said or done while my hand was placed in the light to be cured. "Okay, the second coat should fix it" I thought, but it did not - the spot, granted that it was a small spot, was raised and textured even after the second layer. I also noticed there was a string of cotton left and cured into one of my nails after they wiped and sanitized the blood (they accidentally cut too much of a cuticle, which was okay - it didn't hurt terribly) from the area. While I was watching the tech apply the color, I noticed that it the color did not sufficiently lay across all of my nail. The edges on the side before the nail meets the finger were still bare, so essentially only the top part of my nails were painted. I was so very excited to try this salon since it was in close proximity to my home, but I don't think I would come back for the services I had.
