I have been going to Unique Nails and Spa shortly since the day they opened. I was very pleased with their service and demeanor. The owner shops where i work and he is just as nice outside of work as he is on the job site. Very people friendly and definitely worth going. Don't pass it up...

Very disappointed. Disappointed might be an understatement.
We made an appointment for 4 manis/pedis, and was told that it would be no problem for us all to sit together. This was a very specific request. We had two ladies from out of town- and we were really wanting to enjoy all of our time together.
Upon arrival- we were rushed, and not given the chance to pick a color without the pressure of picking gel.
They divided us up and said that one would have to get a manicure while the rest had a pedicure because they had a nail tech out sick. I called 3 hours before we arrived- so they should have been honest and upfront. After getting vocal, and saying we were going to leave- they found a way to do all 4 at once.
Everything was rushed, and extremely rude from this point forward. They cut one of the ladies in our groups foot multiple times, and acted like blood all over the towel wasn’t a big deal. Another lady had dip nails on, and needed them removed. After having her nails soak for over 15 minutes (which completely dried her skin out)- they realized the soaking wasn’t working. He moved her to a manicure chair, and popped off the dip with an acrylic nail. He wedged them off, and has now ruined her nails.
After ruining her nails, he did a “manicure.” She asked him about the way he was cutting her cuticles... and she said the place she normally goes does it different. He responded “Then go there.”
What should have been a fun, relaxing- birthday celebration turned to a stressful mess! I will not be going back- or recommending this place to anyone. Even at the worst salons- I’ve never experienced such a rude staff, and unprofessional group of nail techs. So disappointing!!!

This place is so amazing the service is really good, the employees are so wonderful, and my nails look splendid shout-out to David he’s funny and he makes you have fun and “they were super super sweet”

Very good for the most part' wish they would treat you like a queen as we go there to beautify and pampered
