Not sure why all the bad reviews, they have many different people working there, so maybe try a different person next time if you had a bad experience. But for me, I really like this place. I've been going to this salon for a couple of years, and some workers did a better job than others. But overall place is great. Great selection of nail polishes (I've been to some places where they are so dry), I like the extra touches of hands on massage and wax for smoother hands and feet. I come out feeling so relaxed and taken cared of like from a spa. People working are nice. And I love the punch card, after 10 times you get a free mani. I'm planning on moving to a different state and I'm so going to miss this nail salon. So far when I traveled I haven't been to one that has similar service and such awesome extra touches

Always love the job the technicians here do. I think the pedicures are particularly nice. Call to schedule an appointment if you're going with a group, and bring cash for a tip.

This place is a cheap modernized version of nail salons. The salon is cute and very attractive. The style and design is very simple, but nice. Although, everything is disgusting and dirty. How can you own a nail salon and not clean up after the end of everyday! While I was sitting in the chair getting a manicure I could see dirt and nasty build up of dust, hair and toxins all around the table, floors, supplies. It was really nasty and I was about to get up and leave but I was embarrassed because I had made an appointment and drove all the way there so I stayed and I got a manicure and it was the WORST manicure ever!!!

I used to come here all the time but then started going near my home in the city. Decided to come last minute with my niece for pedi and no chip mani, despite the overall rating. Was glad to see the rating is wrong and this place continues to be an excellent place to get nails done with extras such as paraffin wax for heels. Definitely will come back!!!

The best place ever I've been coming here since I was 6 years old. They've changed management a bunch of times but they are still consistently amazing. Ask for Amy or Cristine they have given me the best service! I wouldn't go any place else
