Worst customer service and attitude. If a person don't understand the services featured explain it. I told the tech I'm not from this region and never heard of sns. I still tipped her great! But never again and I will tell others about my experience!

I had a deluxe pedicure with Mary and it was great. They had the most comfortable chairs and she was very sweet. Toes looked great and she took her time!

The entire staff here is great! You can walk in (although you may have to wait a few minutes during the summer - they are always much busier then) or you can schedule an appointment for as little as an hour away. Their color selections for regular polish, gel, and SNS are great as well. Everyone is so nice and the work is meticulously done. I know of people who drive all the way across town to visit Diamond Nails and it's well worth the drive!

After a long day of work at a medical facility, I searched for a place that my sister, my daughter and myself could go to relax and get our nails done. I shouldn't have came to this place. The lady doing my nails didn't greet me or even say hi. She looked at me. Sat me in a chair and gestured for me to move forward in my chair. So I moved up and then she looked at me, gestured again and said "more". Then while filing my acrylic nail down with the bur she cut my fingers. When I jumped she said "Whoever did your nails put polish on your skin." She cut me because she was rushing and was trying to do it fast. First of all, I get my nails done almost weekly (if not biweekly) and never have I been cut. And if you cut someone, I suggest you apologize not act like it's not your fault. That's childish. I prefer a location that takes their time and cares about their customers. I walked out after washing my hands, cause God only knows what type of infection I could get from being cut twice at a nail salon. I hope their instruments were sterilized. And btw, when she filed my nail to get the color off...the color was still on my nail after I washed my hands and my daughter walked out after getting her pedicure with gel still on her legs, apparently they forgot to wipe it all the way off...and a lady two seats down was getting a pedicure and her toes were bleeding bc they cut them, I guess her previous nail technician painted to close to her skin too. Subpar service. Never again. Don't worry about me, my family, or coworkers ever coming here. Trust me. I will spread the good news.
