I found a gold mine the moment I walked in the door at ORA Austin Bluffs! I have never been made to feel so important, welcomed, heard and cared for not just physically, but emotionally as well. What a top-notch group! Rehab is generally not a fun process to go through, but here, you look forward to coming every time! From Rhonda and Hayley at the front desk, to Matt who has been with me from the start (before and after surgeries) to all of the therapists who are always so upbeat and knowledgeable and FUN and always willing to fill in for each other however they can. I was so impressed with the thoughtful training and mentoring Matt provided to Veronica, and how naturally Veronica adapted to and advanced her career so seamlessly. They made a great team. Matt combines immense compassion, expert skill and knowledge, dedication, humor and even singing to his patients. If you come in having a had a rough day, you will leave in a much better state all around. Talent and top-notch professionals are what you will find out at ORA Austin Bluffs. I am grateful to have had my physical therapy here.

Everyone that works here is amazing, especially the therapist Sarah! She is very kind and thorough. She helped me a lot after my injury and I can honestly say that if I ever get injured again and need therapy I would go back to her in a heartbeat!
The staff here is very accommodating with any issues that may occur.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Austin Bluff location and I even recommend the therapist Sarah even more.

All the staff members are very kind and caring. They make the environment safe and enjoyable while you are there. The progress I've made has been noticeable and it's helped me be able to move around with out pain. I highly recommend this office and their staff!

They explain the stretches and exercises thoroughly. All of the staff are friendly and professional. They really try to get to know you and they really care about your recovery.

The people here are amazing. I have been coming here since June of 2020. Everyday i come in i am greeted with the kindest people. Every time i come in i always feel better.
