If you’re African American you won’t be seen. I came into the shop after calling ahead and being told I could walk in and be seen. ( Not the case) she basically took one look at me and changed her whole story. 4 people working or standing around but she just wouldn’t have the time to complete what she just told me over the phone .

I’ve been coming to this shop since 1991. The staff here do a wonderful job. They are friendly and efficient. They do get busy so it’s best to make an appointment if you can but they do try to accommodate walk-ins.
