Worst experience ever!! Besides the horrible paint job i received, this was the filthiest nail salon I've EVER been to! They set me down at a station with someone else's dirty nail clippings. I had to ask them to remove them, she set my water bowl on top of them and asked me to put my hands in. I refused and asked her to remove the dirty nails. She folded the napkin and set it aside (NOT IN THE TRASH!!) then i asked her to remove the dirty towel that the napkin sat on. I them put my hands in the bowl of water. As i sat there i noticed the DIRTY toenail clippers just used on my toes and other still dirty equipment. The final straw was when i saw something moving in the water bowl. I looked in and noticed nail clippings in there!! I immediately walked out and will never return!!! The pedi chairs were dirty and they didnt use liners in the bowls and didnt sanitize after each use! Cant express enough how unsanitary this place is!!!

The do great work and are fast. I would recommend and appointment on the weekends, as they are very busy especially on Saturday. I am pleased with their customer service.

I've been going there for several years since it opened I've always had good customer service for hair and I shall return.

My nails never looked this bad. The one nail tech didnt know how to do sculptured nails, she filed my nails crooked and had a bad attitude. Their nail colors are old. The place is not that clean!

😐 Got a Manicure and Gel Pedicure and it was eh. I've been to quite a few nail salons and I normally don't write reviews but when I look for a nail salon around an area I go based on reviews. Staff is ok, B for effort. And C- for overall experience. I don't understand when getting a gel manicure they don't do the manicure part. And I requested for a simple glitter design and showed a picture and it wasn't how it looked in the picture but close. And they never clean the side of my toes! And they always miss painting a small side area of the nails. I don't like telling them what to do because they are the expert in this field but ppl pay money for good service. I just wish they focus more on the quality of service and they'd have more customers.
