Not going to give bad stars but can't believe your responses to "bad reviews" I was looking for a place to go because I just moved to this area but your responses to the reviews show that they are accurate in their perception if you. You have a perfect opportunity to show good business when you respond to a bad review. What you show is childish and that you can not take criticism well. You are a professional, act like one. I can almost guarantee that many people have looked at the reviews and then your responses and decided not to come.

I love this place. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is great every time I go. They do exactly what I want. I get what I pay for.

Very Rude staff! I paid 81$ for a mani and pedi and asked for something specific ! I told the lady I didn’t like what she was doing and she became upset with me! It was written all over my face that I wasn’t happy! My toes were done by a child! And my nails were done by a lady. I felt super embarrassed to even press the issue! Another lady heard the lady getting rude with me and then began to hover and make me extremely uncomfortable and they began laughing! The lady told me it would cost 51 dollars in the middle of her doing my nails and then at the end she charged me 81$!! I’m so upset and disappointed! I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve never had a problem! I don’t understand why I was treated like this! I’m not rude nor Got rude just simply told her I didn’t like it

I only been there 2 times but every time they have done my nails so cute ! I’ll never go to a different place
