Took my friend in to get her nails done, the man who runs the shop did an awful job. They were thick and uneven. Went in 4 days later because they were pulling apart and he told her "nail grow" and refused to fix them out of laziness. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst nail salon she has been to. Same prices every where else.

Read reviews before going here. I wish I did. This place is horrible, very poor customer service and low quality of work. Got gel polish on thusday 2 days later it started chipping. Also Got toes polished and took a good look the next day and the polish was all bubbled up. Went back in for them to fix it; they only had 2 techs working with 6 people waiting, i couldnt wait so i left and called back next day. The guy who answered was very rude and said they are not responsible and started yelling at me. I was going to go back in and dispute but its not worth it. They seem to specialize in poor quality work and bad customer service. Not the kind of place i want to spend my hard earned money on. Not worth my time and will just count it as a lost.

Very very awful service ive been in here 5 times & there has always been excuses resulting me into not getting my nails done! The man that runs the place has a a horrible rude attitude & he never wants to do nails after i expressed to him the experiences i had been having in here he didn't give slightest bit concern or want to change it and insisted that i wait on some one else to do my nails because he didn't feel like it but there are no other customers here but just me & that's a picture of him sitting down doing nothing hes the only employee here they opened at 10 its 236 if he is the only person here since 10 am then he should be doing nails not turning his customers away because hes lazy mind you im the only one here

I should've read the reviews for this shop before wasting my money on a gel mani/pedi. I went to this shop on a Wednesday, and by Friday, my GEL nail polish began to chip. I went back to the salon for them to fix the nails that were chipped and was told that I would have to pay. Tuh! Pay for them to repaint my nails that were done only 2 days prior?! I don't think so.
Their customer service is awful. Two of the staff were rushing the nail tech along while she was doing my nails because they were hurrying to close the salon at 8 pm. They were literally standing over us with brooms and plastic bags waiting to clean around our area, thus rushing the nail tech. A GOOD service oriented salon would've repainted the chipped nails at no cost to the customer as to provide the best customer service. This salon failed to do that and as a result I will never visit this place again.

I when I came in the place was nearly empty with service now I know why!!!! My nails are literally just breaking off its been only four day and , I've lost three nails doing much of nothing. Even as I'm tying I just lost a nail and the others seem really weak I could SCREAM!!!!There was a lady next to me getting her nails done and she hated them I even got up to look at them some were round some were pointed.He was so mad she disliked them, he stopped on her nails and a different person finished them. The process of getting my nails dry was all bad no dryer just a light REALLY!! it took for ever OMG... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH
