Love these guys...great people that are very talented and friendly. Can't go wrong having your nails done here!! Always great customer service and very clean. Been to other places, but the quality here beats anyone in town!!

The staff was nice, the manager Kim was very friendly however one of the staff was on her personal phone while servicing a client and another one I'm pretty sure was drinking on the job. She kept returning to her "bottle" in the back room in between Christmas songs she was singing in July and bouncing around the shop. Not too bad to deal with, it was the dirty tools that was used on my nails and the constant trying to up charge me and push me into services I didn't want. Also the top coat was cheap and didn't last but a little over a week.

I aleays enjoy coming here. Very friendly staff. And I'm always pleased with my nails. Wonderful lavender or rose pedicures too!

This was the worst place I've ever been to! I wanted my nails removed and a new set put on. They RIPPED my nails off instead on soaking them of, witch I asked them to do repeatedly! The first one that they RIPPED off took my natural nail off and it was BLEEDING ( she said your nail is to thin )yes now it is, before I knew she's putting supper glue on it. It made my stomach sick it hurt so bad. I was move to three different people. My nail still really hurts. This is going on when I'm with my friends getting pedicure' s. So then I think ok that's over with. Why not get a nice pedicure they seem to be enjoying themselves. WHY DID I DO THIS? Is what I'm thinking after the THIRD mess up on my toes. They went very waving, bubbled, then the nail polish wasn't dry. even after sitting under the lite the polish started to move, and after each one of they would say ( just clear coat ) they ended up redoing it twice, the THIRD time, they did they. just put a clear coat on. It didn't work but it was almost 8 they close at 7:30 We got there at 5. I was tired of all this everyone of my friends done and gone except my daughter. this is the next day and my nail still really hurt and my toes are a mess! My friends were talking about it the next day and they all said. THAT WAS THE WORST PLACE WE'VE BEEN TO ! PLUSS THEY WANT YOU TO PURCHASE YOUR OWN NAIL FILE'S ! NEVER AGAIN! I should have left after that first RIPPED off nail.

I was searching for a new nail technician & gave this location a try. After a brief wait Olivia was ready for me. I explained to her that I have arthritis in my hands which causes them to stiffen up. In my experience a nail technician can get frustrated or be inexperienced by my stiff fingers & cause bleeding & pain. I wanted to make sure Olivia knew before she started. I could wait for someone else. Olivia said she would be ok to do my nails. I sat back & relaxed.
The interior design in this location looks professional. Beautiful. Other customers were interacting with the staff & there is an overall feeling of positive & happy energy.
Olivia was so gentle to my hands. She has the touch of someone who understands pain. My nails didn't hurt or bleed & I tipped above appropriate. I went back two weeks later & had the same experience. Olivia is wonderful & I'm happy I found her.
