Normally I have my nails done there are several times but there was a guy that does my nails and he does such a beautiful job but apparently he was not there today and another woman to care of me and my nails look horrible she did them the process of putting my nails on she did it backwards and I said why are you doing that and then she got upset with me because I wouldn't pay for something that was for $15 and she took the nail polish off and put put it back on and I didn't know why but two days later two of my nails broke and this is not supposed to because it has gel solution on it and it was just my right hand is just really messed up I don't want to go back up there because those Chinese people are very loud talking people and it was a situation it should be taken care of without any say so but I did not go back up there and because I'm on oxygen and I'm on a walker so I don't go get my nails done every week normally every 2 months but this lasted for 2 days that's all I have to say about it I will go back but I will never have her to do my nails

There was too much glue on my eye lashes and on my face.. Then when I got my nails done my nails done the Tech almost dropped the brush and gel splatter onto my coat I asked her how to remove it. she accused me of putting Polish on my coat because the Polish that I brought in was the same color as my coat. I didn't have a Polish on my nails when I came in period I had not touched the Polish and she was a little upset because I wasn't paying them extra for Shellac Polish so then she wanted to have an issue with the Polish that I had with me. She got loud and nasty.

Didn't wait more than 10 minutes. My nails are beautiful. Friendly staff.
