I've gone to over 10 different nail salons in the Spokane/Liberty Lake area and this by far was the best one. The environment is just the perfect place. Have never left dissatisfied. Great prices as well which is a bonus. Thanks Nail Palace for all that you do.

This is my go to nail salon. Great customer services. They lovely ladies here always do a Great job . I love the environment and the personalities of Carol and her lovely staff.

I went to get my eyebrows done here and they put me in a back room with washer/dryer. I had to stand back there since there personal stuff was on chair and table. The lady doing my eyebrows was trying to rush because they had 5 customers an only 2 workers. She did a horrible job. I will never go back.

I paid 35 bucks for acrlyic nails on a sunday and they did wonderful for 2 weeks and 2 days... I got them filled on a tues. By the end of the day I broke 2. By wednesday I had broke another so I went in... fixed no problem. By Monday I broke 4! 2 new ones and 2 that had already been fixed! Refused to fix or take off but as I walked out they stopped me from walking out but only gave me a 15$ discount... so they fed me some wine and charged me to fix their mistake!
