Committed to pick up then never came on the date promised. No call, no warning. When questioned they had farmed out the pickup to another carrier which put the pick up and the delivery 1 day beyond what was needed and they had committed to. Then, when I cancelled the transit they tried to bill me 15% for cancelling. Never again! I'lll pay a little extra and stay with the more reliable carriers!

Thank you guys. Always a pleasure to come here. Stop at guard shack to check in. Then pull in and do a 270 degree's to the right, so you end up parallel to the guard shack, so they can review you trailer when dropping and hooking. The guard will tell you what dock to place the trailer in. Break the seal and place it inside the trailer, after your BOL is signed. I will be back.

I can't find one single good thing to say about this company. They had my pallet sitting in their warehouse since 9/17. The driver lied and said we refused our freight on 9/18, the driver said we were closed on 9/19. Then on 9/23 the driver said he could not locate our facility, On 9/24 they said it would be to us by 5 PM and then again it did not arrive. All of this going on while I am calling every single day to ask when my freight will be here. It did not arrive again on 9/24 so at this point they have actually had my freight for over a week and still not delivered it. Their terminal is less than 1 hour 30 minutes away fro me. I spoke with a manager on 9/25 who guaranteed me it would be the first stop on the route on 9/26 and would be delivered first thing in the am. Wow big surprise that DID NOT happen. The absolute worst experience ever.

I worked here part time for 13 years, sub contractor. My primary employment was with Southern Air Transport. Roy Gilbert passed, and the business passed on to the kids. SMT was always a company with lots of Mexicans, hard working, but had no clue what was going on. Arms for drugs, Kelly A.F.B. and Ollie North. I loved it. Next major battle, and we will have one, and this place will be hopping. "Auto parts" in large sealed containers, inside dry vans? "Packages" inside the air dam of the trailer? "Candy". Manilla envelopes, Extra pay. Pamila Gilbert has no idea. But, this was but one of dozens of companies that Uncle Sam was dabbling with.
