You did highlights on a young woman today. The charge listed on your website is $55.00. She was charged $90.00. She pointed out you quoted her $55.00 when making the appt, also mentioned the website price, she then got a $5.00 discount, making the charge $85.00. The stylist said, "oh we raised our prices July 1st." I believe this is very unethical. I am sure State Board would be interested in this complaint. I hope you make this right with her. If so, I am happy to change my review and hold off on registering complaint with State Board.

After a conversation with Barb, my conclusion is...ask questions about pricing before your service. And websites don't reflect price increases unless someone is maintaining it.
