I’ve been coming here for years and the last 3 visits have been horrible. My nails chip after a few days (shellac), they upsell the pedicure and then don’t do the services included. I tried the dipped nails hoping they would last longer and they started lifting within a few days. My daughters nails looked like she did them herself. The level of service is certainly not what it used to be. Unfortunately I will e finding another salon.

I have sores on my feet and toes are swollen from "procedures" not required (cheese grader). I commented nicely, several times, which were ignored or "softened" until I finally pulled away and said stop, she got annoyed saying it was normal, I said no it is not. I then sat for about an hour drying, told I was done, got home and my polish is a complete mess! My mom got a basic, regular mani/pedi...toes are OK, but her feet also are sore and had to ask 3 times, to fix the clear polish and filing on nails, only to come home and do it herself. Her requests were met with the look and actions that the tech was being "put out" having to do her job. (I work at 2 salons out of state and get regular services, this was extremely disappointing knowing I didn't "need" their so called "normal" services. My mother is a licensed/retired ethestician for over 40 years, owning her own salons. We decided to try a new place...she has chosen to stay with her regular place and pay more for better quality and service). While checking out the girl kept grabbing the credit card machine telling us we were messing it up, and proceeding to cancel the transaction 3 times. Now watching Bank account for bad transactions. Then when it finally went thru, she called someone to help because she realized she'd messed up. We left. Not going again! I also know a little Vietnamese since working in 2 salons for over 2 years...they were rude thinking no one understood, so upon leaving, I said "thank you" and "have a nice day," in Vietnamese, which resulted in surprised looks of terror realizing I heard everything. The look on my face confirming didn't help. Unacceptable. I also own several businesses and would never treat my client like this.

I got to meet Hannah today and she is more of a perfectionist than I am!
Of all the manicures I have ever gotten this one is by far the best. She paid so much attention to the most miniscule details.
I will be back.

I had an appointment and was told three times it would be "15 more minutes" until I was helped. After 45 minutes, I had to give up and walk out. I understand a place I can get backed up, but honesty with wait time would help. I could've rescheduled for another time had I known the wait time was going to be so long

Really recommend their hot Stone pedicure! Where you're able to enjoy free snacks and drinks and really get a wonderful treatment for your nails!
