One of best pedicures! Staff has a great sense of humor. They make you feel very comfortable👍🏾 I will be back if ever in Hampton VA

There is one woman that I forgot the name of but you can tell she is the boss! She works really fast and efficient! I also go here and will continue to do so! They can get a bit busy so make sure you have time to wait.

My nails turned out crooked and fat. The nail tech didn’t return my attempts to make friendly conversation AND she didn’t go a good job. I got gel stuck to my fingers and I don’t think the filing is supposed to hurt...but it did...every time she filed each nail down. So I was tense the entire session.
I gave it 3 stars because my boyfriend and I have met the owner and he’s a great guy! He also said if I came by I’d get a discount which I received. But I still think $30 for a bad nail job is too much. But don’t take my word for it. Pics say it all.

The manager is poor in service and rude. She does not take her time in her work. I feel bad for the other workers because they do well. I do not recommend her for any of your services.

The shop was “okay” the first couple of times I’ve went I had only minor issues like not getting the right polish color (gel) when requested and was stuck with a color I didn’t like for two weeks. This last and final time will be the last time I will give them my money. For someone who works very hard for their coin, I don’t like to just spend it “anywhere” the lady who sits in the second to last row workstation, at the outer end by the main aisle with glasses is LAZY ! it took a lot for me to maintain my patience, she was very sloppy and quick paced. I paid 50 in total for a fillin cut Down gel polish and a pedicure regular polish that only took place for literally 10 min . I didn’t get the adequate time for my pedicure (I feel like it was rushed ) . Now I look at my big toe and my polish is smeared off .. I’ve realized your win some and lose some but I will NEVER go to them again and advise you to not either . Unless it’s the one of the gentlemen (who is very prestigious ) . Good luck and BE AWARE !
