0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ll be there asking for My Money back as soon as I get a chance. (They can keep my $5 tip since that’s what the work AND customer service is worth) TRASH.
Full set $25. I was charged $30. I ask ahead of time if they’re fimiliar with coffin style nails... I was told “yes”. Boo, no no no no no. I spoke up multiple times to this women about the shape of my nails. I went to this place yesterday. OUT OF CONVENIENCE. As a mother of two, I don’t always have the time, yesterday their Aunt took them (whom happens to live right up the street). ANYWAY, as I said, this was YESTERDAY and not only did all my nails look different shapes and my thumbs like gumdrops; half of that gumdrop BROKE LAST NIGHT. I got charged an extra $5 for shottty work and unprofessional behavior. I still gave MY standard minimum for bad experience tip of $5. I’m calling today and hoping this gets sorted out. My girl Tammy in FR would NEVER EVER do me or ANYONE like this.

My daughter wanted her nails done professional so i decided to have a mother and daughter day with my daughter so i made some calls and i found a nail salon called mantrap on the northside of brockton i called to see if i can make an apptment & to see if they do little girls nails they said yes so i came right in when i arrive no greetings for one they asked what do i want i said i want 2 fullsets one for a little 8 year old and myself and the job was done so so so horrible my nails was very thick the acrylic was bumby and the polish was done bad then they had the nerve to tip themselves because i guess they felt black people dont tip so at the end they charged me 60 $ and no we didnt get gel or anything no designs so they charged us both 30$ (a kid at that) i will not be back the money wasnt the problem they told me a fullset was 25$ its on the wall when u walk in go to wendys on the southside they can have that lil bit of money that i didnt care about and my nails are all different sizes (JUST SAD)
