What worked:
The results. My pedicure looks great. No problem there.
What didn't work:
1) Made an appointment with Paul based on good reviews on Yelp. When I arrived was sent to a different person.
2) My manucurist caused me pain twice during the cuticle trimming phase. I finally had to ask her to be more careful. Throughout the process she was much too quick and unnecessarily rough.
3) The massage portion was over too quickly--maybe 1 minute per leg if that. (I'm used to 3-4 minutes per leg).
4) The furnishings are old and worn out.
5) The atmosphere is not relaxing. TV sounds combine with radio sounds in the same room (Thai-language radio station).

Lee very good on my pedicure. The only thing I wish because your so close to each other I wish they would only let you text because there is a loud woman beside me conducting business..not relaxing!

I went in for S & S nails. I got them done on a Thursday and by Sunday two nails popped completely off. When I looked closer some of the corners of my nails weren't coated. I paid $35 for nails that didn't last a week. I'm used to getting S & S and this has never happened. S & S should last at least 3 weeks.
