If they remodeled all units including the lobby this building wouldn’t be as bad. The apartments are a nice size with unique features but there are always drug dealers hanging out in the lobby or in the hallways. Fire alarms seem to always randomly go off in the middle of the night. The staff here does the bare minimum!

Absolutely filthy building also all leases within this building give the owner the right to evict you without notice. Management is amazing but the property owners do the bare minimum to maintain their properties. Look elsewhere if you can
