Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Did exactly what I asked them to do. Lots of colors to choose from. I had the powdered gel manicure. Very happy with it. Was given a free bottled water upon arrival.

I have never been to a salon where they remember my name and not only mine but every customer that comes in. They want you to be happy every time you leave their shot. I was recommended to them by my sister-in-law and I have never gone anywhere else I highly recommend them

I’m normally not too picky with how my nails look, it’s understanding that perfection is unattainable but I was very dissatisfied with how my nails turned out. From a distance they look alright but a closer look revealed that she didn’t properly stroke the brush causing clumps and air bubbles and missing polish in some places. My best friends nails turned out a bit better still air bubbles and she was cut with the cuticle cutter pretty bad. Most of her left nails are crooked. They pride themselves on cleanliness but the towel they used to clean my hands towards the end smelled like mildew and even the lotion used afterwards couldn’t mask the smell. The staff were also constantly on their phones and didn’t even hesitate when new staff walked in the door. Iam young and understand our new world of cellphones but Iam know that customer service is important above all.
I came to this location because I read all these amazing reviews but I didn’t have the same experience at all. Besides the job done the price was expensive. The other salon I go to only charges me $20!! And never would I have issues like these. I will continue to stay at my salon even if I have to take the drive. I honesty would have been better off painting my nails at home. It really looks as if my nails weren’t done professionally.
